摘 要:针对传统稳定铣刨料用于路面铺设时易出现干缩开裂,且经冻融后使用寿命短的问题,提出用玄武岩纤维对水泥稳定铣刨料进行增强,并比较3种水泥料的抗压、抗冻融和抗干缩性能。结果表明:FCRA和CRA在不同龄期对水泥混合料的抗压强度都有增强作用,且随着龄期的增加而逐步变得不明显,但抗压强度仍高于传统的CNA,说明铣刨料增强了水泥混合物早期抗压强度,玄武岩纤维对水泥混合物早期的增强作用不明显;CRA试件在90 d的干缩系数为(128.4×10^(-6))%,经5次冻融循环后铣刨料无侧限抗压强度损失率高达25.06%。而掺入玄武岩纤维后,混合物在90 d的干缩系数降至(115.68×10^(-6))%,与普通水泥碎石料干缩系数相近,冻融循环强度损失降至10.32%,证实玄武岩纤维可提高水泥稳定铣刨料的路用性能。Aiming at the problems of drying shrinkage cracking and short service life after freeze-thaw when the tradi-tional stable milling material is used for pavement laying,basalt fiber is used to strengthen the cement stabilized milling material,and the compressive,freeze-thaw and drying shrinkage resistance of common cement crushed stone(CNA),cement stabilized milling material(CRA)and basalt fiber cement stabilized milling material(FCRA)are compared.The results show that FCRA and CRA can enhance the compressive strength of cement mixture at different ages,and gradually become less obvious with the increase of age,but the compressive strength is still higher than that of traditional CNA,which indicates that milling material can enhance the early compressive strength of cement mixture to a certain extent,while basalt fiber has no obvious effect on the early compressive strength of cement mixture;The drying shrinkage coefficient of CRA specimen at 90 d was(128.4×10^(-6))%.After five freeze-thaw cycles,the unconfined compressive strength loss rate of milling material is up to 25.06%.After adding basalt fiber,the drying shrinkage coefficient of the mixture decreased to(115.680×10^(-6))%,which is similar to that of ordinary cement macadam material.Meanwhile,the freeze-thaw cycle strength loss is reduced to 10.32%,which proves that basalt fiber can improve the road performance of cement stabilized milling material.
