摘　　要：目的:研究丙烯酸骨粘固剂在髋关节置换手术麻醉中的应用。方法:选取在2019年3月~2020年8月期间到本医院骨科进行髋关节置换手术的患者52例,根据病情治疗需要及个人意愿将患者分为对照、观察两组,各26例,所有患者均在入院期间及手术前后进行各项与病情有关的检查,对照组中患者的手术麻醉方法为腰-硬联合麻醉,观察组在腰-硬联合麻醉后使用丙烯酸骨粘固剂,对比分析52例患者的手术情况、血液动力学及心功能情况。结果:在本研究中观察组术后下床活动时间较对照组缩短显著,且不同时间段内的出血量均存在显著差异(P<0.05);同时在观察组中,填充丙烯酸骨粘固剂前后的血液动力学变化情况进行比较,发现填充后(1、3、5 min)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、动脉血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、心率(HR)均与填充前有差异,填充后3 min的DBP、SpO_(2)、HR均与填充后1 min有差异,填充后5 min的血压、SpO_(2)均与填充后3 min有差异,DBP、HR均与填充后1 min有差异,填充后10 min血压、SpO_(2)、HR均与填充后(1、5 min)有差异,血压、SpO_(2)与填充后3 min有差异,HR与填充前有差异,麻醉中、30 min后的心博出量(CO)均与麻醉前具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在髋关节置换术中应用丙烯酸骨粘固剂可减少术中出血量,降低心排血量,对术中血液动力学具有负性影响,同时可影响术中麻醉用药及麻醉效果观察。Objective:To study the application of acrylic bone cement in the anesthesia of hip replacement.Methods:52 patients with hip replacement surgery in the orthopaedic department of our hospital from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected,and according to the illness treatment needs and personal intend,patients were divided into two groups,namely control group and observation group.Each group had 26 cases,and all patients underwent various examinations related to their disease during admission and before and after surgery.The surgical anesthesia method of the patients in the control group was spinal-epidural anesthesia,while the observation group used acrylic bone cement after spinal-epidural anesthesia.Finally,the surgical conditions,hemodynamics and cardiac function of 52 patients were compared and analyzed.Results:In this study,the postoperative activity time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the amount of bleeding in different time periods was significantly different(P<0.05).At the same time,in the observation group,the hemodynamic changes before and after filling with acrylic bone cement were compared,and it was found that the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),arterial oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),and heart rate(HR)after filling(1,3,5 min)were different from those before filling.In addition,DBP,SpO_(2)and HR at 3 min after filling were different from those at 1 min after filling;blood pressure and SpO_(2)at 5 min after filling were different from those at 3 min after filling;DBP and HR were different from those at 1 min after filling.There were differences in blood pressure,SpO_(2)and HR between 10 min after filling and 1 and 5 min after filling.Blood pressure and SpO_(2)were different from those at 3 min after filling,and HR was different from before filling.The cardiac output(CO)during anesthesia and at 30 min after anesthesia was significantly different from that before anesthesia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acrylic bone cement in hi
