摘 要:针对传统水泥凝土材料自身脆性强和韧性不足的问题,提出在混凝土制备过程中掺入纤维,并分析了纤维种类、纤维长度和纤维掺量对混凝土韧性的变化影响。结果表明:长钢纤维对水泥混凝土增韧效果最好。当长钢纤维掺量为0.7%时,混凝土试件韧性最佳,此时,混凝土试件抗折强度为5.12 MPa,弯曲韧性指数I_(10)和I_(20)分别比素混凝土增加了291%和415%。将掺量为0.7%的长钢纤维混凝土用于路面时,可减小路面厚度,加大缩缝间距,降低工程造价,节约施工和维修成本。In view of the problems of strong brittleness and insufficient toughness of traditional cement concrete materials,it is proposed to add fiber in the process of concrete preparation.Meanwhile,the influence of fiber type,fiber length and fiber content on toughness of concrete is analyzed.The results show that long steel fiber has the best toughening effect on cement concrete.When the content of long steel fiber is 0.7%,the toughness of concrete specimen is the best.At this time,the bending strength of concrete specimen is 5.12 MPa,and compared with plain concrete,the flexural toughness indexes I_(10) and I_(20 )are increased by 291%and 415%respectively.When 0.7%long steel fiber concrete is used in pavement,it can reduce pavement thickness,increase shrinkage joint spacing,reduce project cost and save construction and maintenance cost.
