摘 要:通过仿真分析,研究火力发电站高温高压管路中应用高强度钢材料替代中强度钢材料的实际应用效果,重点分析了常规工况条件下的钢材料屈服失稳情况和气锤效应影响下钢材料屈服失稳情况。发现使用高强度钢后,最多可节约42.41%的钢材料用量,节约材料费的同时,关联炼钢、轧钢过程的工艺过程,可实现更有效的环保节能效果。所以认为高强度钢在电站压力钢管中具有适用性。Through simulation analysis,the practical application effect of replacing medium strength steel with high strength steel in high temperature and high pressure pipeline of thermal power station is studied,focusing on the yield instability of steel under normal working conditions and the yield instability of steel under the influence of air hammer effect.It is found that the use of high strength steel can save up to 42.41%of the amount of steel materials.At the same time,it can achieve more effective environmental protection and energy saving effect by connecting the process of steel making and rolling.Therefore,it is considered that high strength steel has applicability in power plant penstock.
