摘  要:为了解决铁路路基沉降监测效率低、通信距离短、难实现长期有效、实时监测等问题,该文设计了铁路路基自动化沉降监测及数据采集系统。以静力水准仪为基准,结合RS485总线和4G-DTU实现对铁路路基的全天候、实时的远距离实时监控。将采集到的数据进行可视化处理,形成实时监测页面。最后以铁路某一观测点路基沉降监测数据为实例,对数据进行滑动平均滤波、小波去噪等一系列的预处理。结果表明滑动平均滤波法在本实例应用中效果更好,为后续预测工作奠定坚实的基础。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of railway roadbed settlement monitoring,short communication distance,and difficulty in achieving long-term effective and real-time monitoring,an automated railway roadbed settlement monitoring and data acquisition system was designed.Based on the static level gauge,combined with the RS485 bus and 4G-DTU to realize all-weather,real-time,long-distance real-time monitoring of the railway subgrade.Visualize the collected data to form a real-time monitoring page.Finally,taking the monitoring data of subgrade settlement at a certain railway observation point as an example,a series of preprocessing such as moving average filtering and wavelet denoising are performed on the data.The results show that the moving average filtering method is more effective in the application of this example,laying a solid foundation for the subsequent prediction work.
