摘　　要：多年来,国土与城乡规划两个领域采用不同的分类体系各自开展工作。在全国第三次国土调查和国土空间规划同时推进的契机,广州市三调工作通过梳理国土调查《工作分类》和《城市用地分类与规划建设用地标准》2种分类体系之间的衔接和对应关系,综合考虑两者的内涵、细粒度和侧重点差异,探索国土调查和城乡规划用地标准的最大公约数,制定了《广州市三调城乡用地分类》,并通过广州三调在全市域范围内得以全面实践并提出建议,为广州市级国土空间规划先行先试试点工作提供了高标准的现状一张图,同时为国土空间规划体系下的后三调时代提供了工作参考。For many years, different classification systems have been adopted in the two fields of land and planning. Taking the opportunity of the third land survey and land space planning work at the same time, the Guangzhou project implements a series of work. By ways of sorting out the correspondence between the two classification systems of land survey and urban planning, comprehensively considering the definition,fine-grained and focus differences of the two land use classifications, and exploring the greatest common divisor of land surveys and urban-rural planning land standards, the Guangzhou project has formulated the "Guangzhou Land Use Classification Standard in the Third Land Survey",practiced it in the whole Guangzhou region and gave a few suggestions. The achievements provided a high-standard current land map for the pilot work of Guangzhou municipal-level land space planning and can provide working reference for the post-three land survey era under the territorial space planning system.
