热敏灸治疗消化系统疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：热敏灸是通过艾灸热敏化穴位进行治疗的新型艾灸方法,对多种疾病具有较好的临床疗效。本文对近5年热敏灸治疗消化系统疾病的研究文献进行汇总分析,为热敏灸治疗消化系统疾病提供理论及疗效依据,为相关研究提供新方向。热敏灸在治疗消化系统疾病方面应用广泛,疗效明确,尤其在改善功能症状、降低复发率等方面具有较高的应用价值,值得临床推广。但相关基础研究不足,临床研究样本量偏少且多与其他疗法联合研究,中医辨证分析亦有所欠缺。Heat sensitive moxibustion is a new moxibustion method which is used to treat heat sensitive acupoints.It has good clinical effect on many diseases.This paper summarized and analyzed the research literature on the treatment of digestive system diseases by heat sensitive moxibustion in recent 5 years,providing theoretical and therapeutic basis for the treatment of digestive system diseases by heat sensitive moxibustion,and providing a new direction for related research.Heat sensitive moxibustion is widely used in the treatment of digestive system diseases with clear curative effect,especially in improving functional symptoms and reducing the recurrence rate,which has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.However,related basic studies are insufficient,the sample size of clinical studies is small and most of them are combined with other therapies,and the analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation is also lacking.
