音乐疗法联合温泉及煤焦油治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察音乐疗法联合温泉及煤焦油治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将100例寻常型斑块状银屑病患者按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均采用温泉浴联合煤焦油软膏治疗,观察组在此基础上加用音乐疗法,观察临床疗效。结果治疗4周后观察组总有效率为88.00%,对照组总有效率为66.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周时银屑病皮损面积严重度指数(PASI)评分均明显较治疗前降低(P均<0.01),观察组皮损PASI积分下降更为明显(P<0.01)。两组治疗期间未出现全身不良反应。结论音乐疗法能提高温泉浴联合煤焦油治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of music therapy combined with hot spring and coal tar in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 100 patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with hot spring bath combined with coal tar ointment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with music therapy to observe the clinical effect.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 88.00%in the observation group and 66.00%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of psoriatic lesion area severity index(PASI)in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0.01),and the PASI score of skin lesions in the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.01).There were no systemic adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Music therapy can improve the efficacy of hot spring bath combined with coal tar in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
