摘  要:长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类具有较高组织细胞特异性、不具有编码功能的RNA片段,广泛参与各种生物反应过程。脂肪性状是肉用家畜的重要经济性状,其沉积部位和数量是影响肉质的重要因素。近些年研究表明lncRNA分别从转录、转录后和表观遗传等不同作用水平调控动物脂肪细胞分化。本文在概述lncRNA生物学特性的基础上,对家畜脂肪细胞分化相关的lncRNA及可能的作用机制研究进行综述,以期为构建动物脂肪细胞分化的调控网络提供参考。Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a type of noncoding RNA fragment with high tissue-specificity and cellspecificity, which is widely involved in various biological processes. Fat traits are pivotal economic traits of meat-used livestock, and its deposition site and quantity are important factors affecting meat quality. In recent years, studies have shown that lncRNA regulates the differentiation of animal adipocytes through different biological process such as transcription,post-transcription and epigenetics. Based on an overview of the biological characteristics of lncRNA, this article reviewed the studies on lncRNA related to the differentiation of animal adipocytes and possible mechanisms of action, to provide a reference for constructing a regulatory network of animal adipocyte differentiation.
