摘　　要：目的基于中医传承计算平台探析中药治疗胰腺癌用药规律。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库自建库至2021年5月关于中药治疗胰腺癌的相关文献。通过中医传承计算平台总结中药治疗胰腺癌用药规律。结果共纳入56首处方,178味中药。最常用的中药有茯苓、白术、黄芪、半夏、白花蛇舌草、白芍、薏苡仁。中药药性以寒为主;药味以苦、甘、辛为主;药物主归脾、肝经;药物功效主以补虚、利水渗湿、清热。聚类分析获得核心药物组合4组。结论中药治疗胰腺癌多以健脾祛湿为原则,同时兼顾柔肝疏肝、活血化瘀。Objective To analyze medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system.Methods The literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP and China biomedical literature database from inception to May 2021 were retrieved.Medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer was summarized by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computer system.Results A total of 56 prescriptions and 178 Chinese herbs were included.The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were Poria,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Hedyotis Herba,Paeoniae Radix Alba and Coicis Semen.The property of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly cold;the medicine mainly tasted bitter,sweet,and pungent;drugs mainly returned to the spleen and liver channels;the main drug effects were tonifying deficiency,promoting water and dampness,and clearing away heat.Four core drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in treating pancreatic cancer is based on the principle of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness,while taking into account soothing liver and dispersing stagnation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
