摘　　要：生态意识的觉醒是人类受自然界影响作出内生性的理念意识塑造,生态意识的培育则是生态文明发展到一定阶段后,人类自觉、主动地利用法律、政策、媒介、市场等对人的行为实施强制约束、意识改造、激励引导。生态意识的觉醒经历了三个阶段:原始文明农业文明时代,表现为对自然的懵懂认知和敬畏;工业文明时代,表现为对生态环境破坏的反思和人与自然关系重新审视;生态文明时代,以"绿水青山就是金山银山"理念为代表的现代生态意识,开始科学认识生态保护与社会经济的关系,辩证理解人与自然、人与人的关系,把以人民为中心作为生态环境保护的出发点和落脚点,主张生命共同体理念进行协同保护和全球治理。在生态环境的培育上,媒介要发挥信息传递和知识普及功能,增强生态科学意识;用好宣传教育和思维约束功能,唤醒生态道德意识;借助示范说服和案例引导作用,激发生态参与意识。The awakening of ecological consciousness is the shaping of inner concept made by human beings under the influence of nature.The cultivation of ecological consciousness is that after the development of ecological civilization reaching a certain stage,human beings consciously and actively use laws,policies,media and markets to impose constraint,consciousness transformation,incentive and guidance on human behavior.The awakening of ecological consciousness has experienced several stages.In the era of primitive civilization and agricultural civilization,it is shown by the ignorance and awe towards nature.In the era of industrial civilization,it is shown by the reflection on the destruction of ecological environment and the re-examination of the relationship between man and nature.In the era of ecological civilization,the modern ecological consciousness represented by the concept of "clear waters and green mountains are invaluable assets" has begun to guide people to scientifically understand the relationship between ecological protection and social economy,and dialectically understand the relationships between man and nature,and that between people.Modern ecological consciousness takes people as the starting point and end point of ecological environmental protection,advocates the concept of life community,and carries out collaborative protection and global governance.In the cultivation of ecological environment,the media should play the role of information transmission and knowledge popularization to enhance people’s ecological science awareness,play the role of publicity and education and thinking constraints to awaken ecological moral awareness,and stimulate the awareness of ecological participation with the help of demonstration and persuasion and case guidance.
