摘  要:钴酸镁理论比电容高达3122 F/g,然而受其形貌、结构、电导率等因素影响,实际获得的比电容值并不高。为了获取高比电容的钴酸镁电极材料,实验采用水热法直接在泡沫镍骨架上制备出海胆状MgCo_(2)O_(4)电极材料(M-10),并利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜以及电化学工作站对其进行了物相表征分析和电化学性能测试。结果表明,当电流密度为1 A/g时,M-10比电容高达1090.8 F/g。将其作为一种无粘结剂的超级电容器电极材料,以20 A/g电流密度循环5000圈后,比电容保持了91%,展示出良好的循环稳定性。另外,将M-10作为正极,活性炭(AC)作为负极组装M-10∥AC非对称超级电容器(M-10∥AC ASC),0~1.5 V电压窗口下,电流密度为1 A/g时,比电容为69.8 F/g,同时,循环3000圈后,比电容保持率为96.8%,表明M-10可作为良好的储能电极材料。MgCo_(2)O_(4) theoretical specific capacitance is up to 3122 F/g.Due to the influence of its morphology,structure,conductivity,and other factors,the actual specific capacitance value is not high.To obtain MgCo_(2)O_(4) electrode materials with high specific capacitance,we prepared sea urchin-like MgCo_(2)O_(4)(M-10)on the nickel foam framework by hydrothermal method.Phase characterization analysis and electrochemical performance testing were performed by the X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the specific capacitance of M-10 was up to 1090.8 F/g when the current density was 1 A/g.As a binder-free supercapacitor electrode material,the specific capacitance of M-10 remained 91%when it circulated 5000 cycles at 20 A/g current density,which had good cycle stability.In addition,we assembled M-10∥AC asymmetric supercapacitor(M-10∥AC ASC)with M-10 as the positive and activated carbon(AC)as the negative.The specific capacitance of M-10∥AC ASC was 69.8 F/g when the voltage window was 0~1.5 V and the current density was 1 A/g.Simultaneously,after 3000 cycles,the specific capacitance retention ratio was 96.8%,indicating that M-10can be used as a good energy storage electrode material.
