不同手术方式治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较腔内激光消融术(EVLA)与高位结扎加剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法选取我院收治的大隐静脉曲张患者92例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。观察组采用EVLA治疗,对照组采用高位结扎加剥脱术治疗,对比两组围术期指标、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术后首次下床活动时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,P<0.05;两组术后并发症发生率比较,P>0.05。结论EVLA与高位结扎加剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张安全性相当,但EVLA治疗可有效缩短手术及术后下床活动时间,减少患者术中出血量。Objective To compare the effect of endovenous laser ablation(EVLA)and high ligation and stripping in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial method was used to select 92 patients with varicose great saphenous vein admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with EVLA and the control group was treated with high ligation and stripping.The perioperative indexes and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,time of first ambulation after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group;intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion EVLA is as safe as high ligation and stripping in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein,but EVLA treatment can effectively shorten the time of operation and postoperative ambulation,and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss.
