磁针平刺加体针配合中药面膜外敷法祛皱的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察磁针平刺加体针配合中药面膜外敷法祛皱的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的面部祛皱患者120例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,对照组采取中药面膜外敷法,观察组在对照组的基础上实行磁针平刺加体针配合治疗。治疗后对比两组患者的面部祛皱效果、祛皱满意度及安全性。结果治疗后观察组的祛皱总有效率为95.83%,对照组为80.83%,两组祛皱总有效率比较,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组患者的祛皱满意度为98.33%,对照组为74.17%,两组祛皱满意度比较,P<0.05.结论采用磁针平刺加体针配合中药面膜外敷祛皱能够有效的提高祛皱效果和祛皱满意度,同时不存在治疗安全性问题,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of magnetic needle and body acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine facial mask in removing wrinkle.Methods 120 patients received facial-wrinkle removal in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine facial mask,and the observation group was treated with magnetic needle and body acupuncture on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the efficacy,satisfaction degree and safety of facial wrinkle removal were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.83%in the observation group and 80.83%in the control group.The total effective rate was compared between the two groups with P<0.05.After treatment,the satisfaction degree of wrinkle removal in the observation group was 98.33%,and that in the control group was 74.17%.The satisfaction degree of wrinkle removal in the two groups was compared with P<0.05.Conclusion The magnetic needle and body acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine mask can effectively improve the effect and satisfaction degree of wrinkle removal without safety problem,which has high clinical application value.
