摘　　要：“十三五”期间,我国农村公共文化建设快速发展,成效显著,但在发展过程中仍存在资金投入不足、服务机制不畅、人才队伍短缺、数字化应用使用率低等问题。今后,要充分发挥政府鼓励引导作用、加大农村公共文化资金投入、加强人才队伍培育力度、增加供给质量、持续推动农村公共文化服务数字化建设、加大农村非物质文化遗产传承与保护力度,助力全面推进乡村振兴。During the 13th Five-Year Plan,China’s rural public cultural construction developed rapidly and made great achievements.However,several problems still existed in the development process,such as insufficient capital investment,poor service mechanism,shortage of talents and low utilization rate of digital applications.In the future,the following should be noted to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.including function of encouragement and guidance role of the government,increase of rural public cultural investment,strengthening of talent team training,improvement of supply quality,promotion of digital public culture construction in rural areas,strengthening of protection and transmission for intangible cultural heritage.
