摘  要:协同育人是充分利用校企、科研院所教育资源,提高人才培养质量的重要方式。区块链的应用旨在完善协同育人模式、建立协同方互任机制,为深化产教融合、推动教育模式改革提供新途径。本文利用区块链的共识合约、分布式存储技术和溯源性、不可篡改性等特点建立基于区块链的校企、校院(所)协同育人体系,提出协同育人区块链平台运行架构;详细设计运行流程;并结合利益相关者理论、协同理论和扎根理论,建立基于区块链的协同育人运行绩效评价体系。Collaborative education is an important way to make full use of the educational resources of schools,en⁃terprises and scientific research institutes to improve the quality of talent training.The application of block chain aims to improve the collaborative education mode and establish the mutual responsibility mechanism,which provides a new way to deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the reform of the education mode.The paper uses the con⁃cept of block chain,distributed storage technology and its traceability,tamper-proof to establish a block-chain-based school-enterprise,school-institute collaborative education system which includes platform operation form,detailed de⁃sign and operation process.The paper provides a performance evaluation system of collaborative education operation based on block chain by resorting to stakeholder theory,synergy theory,and grounded theory.
