摘  要:四川盆地安岳气田寒武系龙王庙组、震旦系灯影组气藏具有埋藏深、高温、高压、含H_(2)S和CO_(2)等特点,对气井完井管柱强度、密封性、抗腐蚀性能要求高,导致钻井难度大,井身结构及其管柱受力复杂,固井质量、气井环空异常带压等完整性问题突出。为此,针对上述气井完整性问题,基于钻完井设计、现场施工质量控制、井筒完整性评价、气井安全管控等方面开展了持续攻关及现场实践,形成了高温高压含硫气井完整性设计、评价和管理等关键技术。研究结果表明:(1)形成了高温高压含硫气井全生命周期完整性设计及现场施工质量控制技术,为建井阶段井控安全和建立良好的井屏障奠定坚实基础;(2)形成了环空压力评价、井口抬升评价、气井安全风险量化评价等井完整性评价关键技术,实现了气井安全风险定量评价,为井完整性分级管理提供科学依据;(3)建立了高温高压井完整性标准体系和信息化管理系统,实现了井完整性管理的标准化和信息化。结论认为,通过高温高压含硫气井完整性技术的全面应用,气井环空异常带压比例逐年下降,有效支撑了安岳气田的安全高效开发,该技术可为国内外类似气井完整性设计、评价和管理提供借鉴。Gas reservoirs of Cambrian Longwangmiao Formation and Sinian Dengying Formation in Anyue Gas Field of the Sichuan Basin are characterized by great burial depth,high temperature,high pressure and H_(2)S and CO_(2)content,which requires more strictly on completion string strength,sealing capacity and corrosion resistance of gas wells.And thus,drilling difficulty is high,wellbore structure and string stress are complex,and several integrity problems are obvious,such as poor cementing quality and sustained casing pressure.To solve these problems of gas well integrity,this paper carries out continuous research and field practice from the aspects of drilling and completion design,field construction quality control,wellbore integrity evaluation and gas well safety control,and thus forms several key technologies for the integrity design,evaluation and management of high temperature and high pressure sour gas wells.And the following research results are obtained.First,the life-cycle integrity design and field construction quality control technologies for high temperature and high pressure sour gas wells are formed,which lays a solid foundation for the establishment of good well barriers and the safety of well control in the well construction stage.Second,the key technologies for well integrity evaluation are developed,such as annulus pressure evaluation,wellhead uplift evaluation and quantitative gas well risk evaluation,which realizes the quantitative safety risk evaluation of gas wells and provides a scientific basis for the hierarchical management of well integrity.Third,the integrity standard system and information management system of high temperature and high pressure wells are established to realize the standardization and information of well integrity management.In conclusion,the comprehensive application of the integrity technologies of high temperature and high pressure sulfur gas wells decreases the ratio of the gas wells with sustained casing pressure year by year and effectively supports the safe and efficien
