立式降膜闭式冷却塔热力性能试验研究

摘  要:为了验证特定工况下立式降膜闭式冷却塔的热力性能,通过对一台设计换热量为150 kW的冷却塔进行试验测试,得到在额定风量和喷淋水量以及进风湿球温度为20℃时,不同循环冷却水流量下的热力性能,包括冷却水进出口温差、间接式换热器压降、换热量以及空气出口干湿球温度,结果表明,当风机频率为50 Hz,流量在14.5~34.3 m^(3)/h范围时,换热量为151.8~165.1 kW;喷淋水流量由9.8 m^(3)/h增加到40 m^(3)/h,冷却水进出口温度都呈下降趋势,进水温度由48.1℃下降到39.9℃,下降17%,出水温度由43.3℃下降到34.7℃,下降19.7%,温差由4.8℃增加到5.2℃,增长了7.7%,而换热量增长了7.6%。随着喷淋水流量的增大,冷却效果越好,但到达一定量后,再增大喷淋水量,对冷却效果的影响却变得很小。In order to verify the thermal performance of vertical falling film closed cooling tower under specific working conditions,the cooling tower with a design heat exchange of 150 kW was tested.The thermodynamic performance under different circulating cooling water flow rates was obtained,including temperature difference between cooling water inlet and outlet,indirect heat exchanger pressure drop,heat exchange capacity and air outlet dry and wet bulb temperature under the condition of rated air flow rate and spray water flow rate and at the inlet wet bulb temperature of 20℃.The results show that the heat exchange capacity is 151.8~165.1 kW when the fan frequency is 50 Hz and the flow rate is in the range of 14.5 to 34.3 m^(3)/h;With the increase of spray water flow rate from 9.8 m^(3)/h to 40 m^(3)/h,both the inlet and outlet temperatures of cooling water show a downward trend.The inlet temperature decreases from 48.1℃to 39.9℃,a decrease by 17%;The outlet temperature decreases from 43.3℃to 34.7℃,a decrease by 19.7%;The temperature difference increases from 4.8℃to 5.2℃,an increase by 7.7%,and heat exchange capacity increases by 7.6%.With the increase of spray water flow rate,the cooling effect becomes better,but when it reaches a certain flow,the influence of increasing spray water flow rate on cooling effect becomes very little.
