摘 要:由于传统高速小比转数离心泵存在出口回流,水力效率损失较大,而借助辅助叶轮又较为复杂,为了提高其水力性能,减少机械结构,设计一种新型单级小比转数转子螺旋槽离心泵。搭建了离心泵水力性能实验台,研究了不同流量下离心泵螺旋槽结构对出口压力、扬程、有效功率的影响。结果表明:转子螺旋槽离心泵与传统单级离心泵相比较,转子螺旋槽离心泵的出口压力、扬程、有效功率约分别提升了8.92%,8.93%,7.4%,内部螺旋槽内流速约提升了17.3%。试验与数值模拟分析在额定工况下的出口压力、扬程、总效率误差均小于1.5%。验证了离心泵电机转子上引入螺旋槽结构设计是合理的。Because there is reflux at the outlet of the conventional high speed centrifugal pump with small specific speed,the hydraulic efficiency loss is relatively large,while the pump structure by means of auxiliary impeller is relatively complex,in order to improve its hydraulic performance and reduce the mechanical structure,a new type of single-stage rotor spiral groove centrifugal pump with a small specific speed was designed.A hydraulic performance test bench of centrifugal pump was established,and the influences of spiral groove structure on outlet pressure,head and effective power of centrifugal pump at different flow rates were studied.The results show that compared with the conventional single-stage centrifugal pump,the outlet pressure,head and effective power of the rotor spiral groove centrifugal pump are improved by about 8.92%,8.93%and 7.4%respectively,and the flow speed in the internal spiral groove is improved by about 17.3%.Through experimental and numerical simulation analysis,under rated conditions,the errors of outlet pressure,head and total efficiency are all less than 1.5%.The design of spiral groove on rotor of centrifugal pump motor is proved to be reasonable.
