摘 要:为了提高开槽涡旋齿顶密封性能和槽内密封机构的工作稳定性,针对涡旋齿顶开槽的密封结构方案,建立了齿顶开槽涡旋齿的三维结构模型,开展了模型的网格划分和边界条件的设定,运用有限元软件开展了开槽涡旋齿的变形分析,分别在压力、温度及耦合载荷作用下,开展了开槽涡旋齿结构的变形行为研究,深入探索了变形分布特征与规律,揭示了压力和温度载荷对开槽涡旋齿变形的影响,结合耦合载荷作用下的涡旋齿变形行为,为涡旋齿与涡旋盘安装间隙设置提供了理论依据。结果表明,压力和温度载荷对开槽结构涡旋齿变形影响较大,最高压力0.8 MPa、最高温度150℃时,最大变形137.1μm位于第三压缩腔涡旋齿顶;涡旋齿槽内两侧变形较大,槽底平面因均匀的压差和温差形成稳定的变形,可以提高槽内密封的稳定性;将涡旋齿与涡旋盘安装间隙设置为112μm时,能够在耦合载荷下实现齿顶高效润滑与良好密封。In order to improve the sealing performance of the grooved scroll tooth tip and seal working stability inside it,according to the sealing structure of grooved scroll teeth,the three-dimensional structure model of the grooved scroll teeth was established,and the meshing of the model and the setting of boundary conditions were carried out.The finite element software was used to analyze the deformation of the grooved scroll teeth.Under the action of pressure load,temperature load and coupled pressure and temperature load,the deformation behavior of the grooved scroll tooth structure was studied,and the deformation distribution characteristics and law were deeply investigated.The influences of pressure and temperature load on the deformation of the grooved scroll teeth were revealed.The research provides a theoretical basis for the setting of installation clearance between the scroll tooth and the scroll disc in combination with the deformation behavior of the scroll teeth under the coupled load.The results show that pressure and temperature loads have a great influence on the deformation of the grooved scroll teeth.When the maximum pressure is 0.8 MPa and the maximum temperature is 150℃,the maximum deformation of 137.1μm is located at the top of the scroll tooth in the third compression chamber.The deformation at both sides of the scroll tooth groove is relatively large,and the bottom plane of tooth groove forms stable deformation due to the uniform pressure and temperature difference,which can improve the stability of the seal in the groove.When the installation clearance between the scroll tooth and the scroll disc is 112μm,high-efficiency lubrication and good sealing can be realized under the coupled load.
