摘 要:为了解决汽车空调涡旋压缩机柱销止转机构磨损的问题,本文对柱销止转机构的动力和磨损特性进行了研究。首先提出了一种判断止转柱销位置及计算其受力的方法,接着分析了接触部位磨损的形式和特点,然后建立了接触部位润滑状态评价准则,由此对接触部位润滑状态和磨损原因进行了分析,最后给出了几种改善磨损的措施。研究表明:柱销止转机构中,柱销沿着圆孔内壁的运动以滑动为主,滑动速度约为滚动速度的2~3倍,形成的磨损是一种粘着磨损,主要发生在止推板上的圆孔侧面;磨损发生的主要原因是柱销和圆孔内壁接触部位润滑条件较差,当压缩机吸排气压力分别为0.3,2.0 MPa,转速为6000 r/min时,接触部位对应的膜厚比仅有0.21,基本无法形成润滑油膜;增加柱销和圆孔接触当量半径、提高油膜入口区润滑油黏度、降低柱销和圆孔内壁单位线接触长度载荷等措施可以改善柱销止转机构的磨损情况。In order to solve the wear problem of cylindrical pin coupling anti-rotation mechanism in scroll compressors for automobile air conditioning,the dynamic and wear characteristics of the pin coupling anti-rotation mechanism were studied.First,a method to judge the location of the anti-rotation pin and calculate its force load was put forward;then,the form and characteristics of wear between contact areas were analyzed;then the criteria of judging the lubrication state of contact areas was established and based on it the lubrication state and the cause of wear between contact areas were analyzed;finally,some measures for improving the wear situation were given.The study shows that in the pin coupling anti-rotation mechanism,the motion of the cylindrical pin on the inner wall of the cylindrical hole is mainly sliding motion,the sliding speed is about 2~3 times of the rolling speed,and the wear is a kind of adhesive wear and mainly occurs on the sidewall of cylindrical hole on thrust plate;the wear is mainly caused by the poor lubrication condition of contact areas between the pin and inner wall of the cylindrical hole,where the oil film is only 0.21μm thick so that lubricating oil film cannot be formed when the suction and exhaust pressure of the compressor is 0.2 MPa and 2.0 MPa and the rotational speed is 6000 r/min;measures such as increasing the equivalent radius of contact between cylindrical pin and hole,increasing the dynamic viscosity of lubricant at the entrance of oil film,and decreasing the load on the unit linear contact length between sidewalls of cylindrical pin and hole can improve the wear situation of pin coupling anti-rotation mechanism.
