摘 要:为改善高温泵转子的运行稳定性,对不同口环间隙的模型泵进行了数值模拟,分析了口环间隙对高温泵性能的影响规律,计算了不同口环间隙下的形变量和转子部件临界转速,通过谐响应分析研究口环间隙对叶轮位移-频率响应曲线的影响规律,确定发生共振的位移及频率。研究结果表明:当口环间隙从0.4 mm增加至1 mm,设计工况下,模型泵的扬程和效率下降了5.95%和6.26%;随着间隙的增大,口环处的形变量显著减小,当间隙为0.6 mm时,各工况下的最大形变量均小于0.5倍的口环间隙;考虑口环支撑效应后,转子的一阶临界转速增加了5.1%,二阶临界转速增加了5.97%,随着口环间隙的增大,转子的临界转速略有降低,叶轮的位移—频率响应幅值显著增加,当口环间隙从0.6 mm增大至0.8 mm时,叶轮的位移幅值增大了52.6%。In order to improve the running stability of high-temperature pump rotor,numerical simulation was carried out on model pump with different wear-ring clearances,and the influence of wear-ring clearance on the performance of high-temperature pump was analyzed.The deformation variables and the critical speed of rotor components under different wear-ring clearances were calculated.The displacement and frequency of resonance was determined by analyzing the influence law of impeller displacementfrequency response curve.The research results show that when the clearance of the wear-ring increases from 0.4 mm to 1mm,the head and efficiency of the model pump decreases by 5.95%and 6.26%under the design conditions.As the wear-ring clearance increases,the deformation at the wear-ring decreases significantly.When the wear-ring clearance is 0.6 mm,the maximum deformation at the wear-ring under each working condition is less than half of the wear-ring clearance.After considering the effect of the wear-ring support,the first-order critical speed of rotor increases by 5.1%,and the second-order critical speed increases by 5.97%,as the wear-ring clearance increases,the rotor critical speed decreases slightly,and the amplitude of the impeller displacement-frequency response increases obviously.When the wear-ring clearance increases from 0.6 mm to 0.8 mm,the displacement amplitude of the impeller increases by 52.6%.
