摘 要:为提升畜禽舍用轴流风机的风量与能效比,以某轴流风机为原模型,对拢风筒开合角、拢风筒斜长、叶顶间隙、导流罩安装位置这4个参数进行优化。利用FLUENT软件进行单因素试验并在每个参数中选出3个最优水平,再进行正交试验。分析结果后得出了最佳优化方案:当拢风筒开合角为8°,拢风筒斜长为1300 mm,叶顶间隙为5 mm且导流罩距叶轮平面30 mm时,该轴流风机风量增加了12.82%,能效比提升了18.74%,提升效果显著。通过风洞试验验证了原模型数值模拟结果的准确性,即证明优化结果真实准确。In order to improve the air volume and energy efficiency ratio of axial flow fan used in livestock and poultry house,with an axial flow fan taken as the original model,the opening and closing angle of the fairing,the oblique length of the fairing,the tip clearance and the installation position of the fairing were optimized.FLUENT software was used to carry out single factor test,and three optimal levels for each parameter were selected,then orthogonal test was carry out.After analyzing the results,the best optimization scheme was obtained:When the opening and closing angle of the fairing is 8°,the inclined length of the fairing is 1300 mm,the tip clearance is 5 mm,and the fairing is 30 mm away from the impeller plane,the air volume of the axial flow fan was increased by 12.82%,and the energy efficiency ratio was increased by 18.74%,the improvement effect was significant.The accuracy of the numerical simulation results of the original model was verified by wind tunnel test,which proves that the optimization results are true and accurate.
