摘  要:随着国际教育合作日趋成熟,我国教育对外开放扩大发展,教育高质量发展诉求更加突出,中外合作办学迎来了新发展。聚焦质量发展,助力“双一流”建设;明晰政策目标,深化“以生为本”理念;紧抓时代机遇,参与构建人类命运共同体的发展逻辑内涵。在此基础上,我国中外合作办学把高质量编制制度规划、有效扩充并合理利用国内外优质教育资源、聚焦内涵式建设作为路径选择,推动我国教育事业实现科学发展。With the increasing maturity of international education,expansion of education opening up and the more demands of high-quality education development,Chinese-foreign cooperative education is embracing a new development.Its connotations of development logic are:Focusing on quality development and advancing the"double world-class project";Clearing policy objectives and deepening the concept of"student-oriented";Seizing the opportunities of the times and participating in the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.On this basis,Chinese-foreign cooperative education takes high-quality system planning,effective expansion and rational use of high-quality educational resources at home and abroad,and focuses on connotation construction as the path choices,so as to promote the scientific development of China's education.
