典型废纸再生利用过程中重金属的分布特征研究

摘　　要：为了掌握进口再生纸浆中重金属分布特征,选取3种典型进口废纸(编号为1^(#)、2^(#)、3^(#))为研究对象,研究了典型进口废纸在碎浆、脱墨、漂白等阶段的重金属含量。结果表明:1^(#)、2^(#)、3^(#)废纸原纸中重金属总量分别为21.62、30.15、40.48 mg/kg,碎浆阶段重金属总量分别为17.76、26.01、33.38 mg/kg;1^(#)废纸较洁净且不进行脱墨和漂白,2^(#)、3^(#)废纸在脱墨阶段重金属总量分别为17.84、26.53 mg/kg,漂白阶段重金属总量分别为15.39、20.27 mg/kg;废纸再生利用过程中重金属主要分布在原纸和碎浆纸浆中,随着再生利用工艺的推进,重金属表现为逐渐降低趋势,因此脱墨纸浆和漂白纸浆中的重金属分布较少;在整个废纸再生利用过程中,由于颜料、油墨中常含有Cr、Pb等重金属,因此重金属总体分布表现为Cr、Pb明显高于As、Hg、Cd。再生利用过程要着重减少Cr、Pb这两种重金属,同时控制涂料、印刷油墨中重金属含量,从再生利用过程源头控制重金属。To grasp the heavy metal distribution characteristics of imported recycled pulp,this study selected three typical imported waste paper(1^(#),2^(#),3^(#))as the research object and analyzed the heavy metal content of typical imported waste paper in the stages of pulping,deinking and bleaching.The results showed that the total heavy metal content of 1^(#),2^(#)and 3^(#)raw paper was 21.62,30.15,40.48 mg/kg,with the total heavy metal content in the pulping stage of 17.76,26.01,33.38 mg/kg;1^(#)waste paper was relatively clean without deinking and bleaching,with 2^(#)and 3^(#)waste paper in the deinking stages of 17.84,26.53 mg/kg and in the bleaching stages of 15.39,20.27 mg/kg.The heavy metals in the recycling process of waste paper were mainly distributed in the raw paper and shredded pulp,and the content of heavy metals showed a gradual decrease with the advancement of the recycling process,so the distribution of heavy metals in the deinked pulp and bleached pulp were low;in the whole recycling process of waste paper,as the pigments and inks often contained Cr,Pb,therefore,the overall distribution of Cr and Pb was obviously high than As,Hg and Cd.The recycling process should focus on the treatment of Cr,Pb,while controlling the content of heavy metals in coatings,printing inks,from the source of the recycling process.
