Mn^(2+)协同过二硫酸钠电催化体系对茜素红与酸性蓝80的降解性能研究

摘  要:以酸性蓝80(AB80)与茜素红(AR)配制的两种模拟染料废水为处理对象,分析Mn^(2+)与过二硫酸钠(PDS)浓度、初始pH和电流密度等因素对Mn^(2+)协同PDS电催化体系降解两种染料的影响,并探讨其降解机理。结果表明,该体系降解AR和AB80的最佳初始pH(3)和Mn^(2+)摩尔浓度(40μmol/L)相同,AR比AB80更难降解(前者降解时间为160 min,后者为45 min),对应的PDS摩尔浓度更高(前者为35 mmol/L,后者为25 mmol/L),电流密度更大(前者为17.14 mA/cm^(2),后者为14.29 mA/cm^(2))。该体系的降解机理:PDS被电流与Mn^(2+)激发产生具有强氧化性的SO_(4)^(-)·,然后SO_(4)^(-)·与水反应生成HO·,最后Mn^(2+)被HO·氧化成活性Mn^(3+),SO_(4)^(-)·、HO·与Mn^(3+)3种氧化性物种协同降解AR和AB80。Two simulated dyeing wastewater containing acid blue 80(AB80)and alizarin red(AR)were used in this study.The effects of Mn^(2+)and peroxodisulfate(PDS)concentration,initial pH and current density on the degradation of two dyes by Mn^(2+)and PDS synergetic electrocatalytic system were analyzed,and the degradation mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the optimum initial pH(3)and Mn^(2+)molar concentration(40μmol/L)for the degradation of AR and AB80 in this system were the same.AR was more difficult to degrade than AB80(the former degradation time was 160 min,the latter was 45 min),and the corresponding PDS molar concentration was higher(the former was 35 mmol/L,the latter was 25 mmol/L),the current density was higher(17.14 mA/cm^(2) for the former and 14.29 mA/cm^(2) for the latter).The degradation mechanism of the system was as follows:PDS was excited by current and Mn^(2+)to generate SO_(4)^(-)·with strong oxidative activity,then SO_(4)^(-)·reacted with water to generate HO·,and finally Mn^(2+)was oxidized by HO·to generate active Mn^(3+).The three oxidative species SO_(4)^(-)·,HO·and Mn^(3+) synergistically degrade AR and AB80.
