摘　　要：中央苏区邮政事业具有较为完善的组织架构和规章制度,在实际工作中又能够灵活应变,展现其规范性与灵活性并行的运行特征;中央苏区邮政建设经历了战争环境下人民邮政事业创立和发展的独特历程,展现了其革命性与群众性相结合的服务特征;中央苏区邮政在经营上采用低资费政策,同时采用诸多手段解决经营困难,展现其公益性与盈利性并立的经营特征。The postal service in the Central Soviet Area has a complete design of institutions and regulations,as well as flexible business settings.The Central Soviet Area post also fully embodies the unique history of the establishment and development of the people's postal service under the war environment.It always integrates the revolutionary and the masses.The operation of the Soviet area post is mainly embodied in the low-cost postal policy.And its measures to solve operating problems through a series of administrative measures have also made major breakthroughs,highlighting the parallel operating feature of public welfare and profitability.
