论我国乡村文化振兴动力机制的建构

摘　　要：乡村振兴的动力源在于经济力、文化力、政治力、社会力、生态力等动力系统的内部矛盾和相互作用。文化振兴是乡村振兴的精神基础。构建乡村文化振兴的动力机制是振兴农村产业的客观要求,建设生态乡村的现实需要,推进乡风文明建设的应有之义,也是推进乡村治理的有力抓手。韩国“新村运动”与我国基层县域新时代文明实践中心的建设对于构建乡村文化振兴动力机制具有重要的借鉴价值。乡村文化振兴动力机制的建构,应该结合各地乡村具体实际,建立农民主体作用增长机制、农村基层民主文化建设机制、开展区域原生态文化建设机制及乡村文化建设示范机制,从而驱动乡村振兴的文化引擎,统筹推进乡村文化振兴。The power source of rural revitalization lies in the internal contradictions and interactions of economic force,cultural force,political force,social force,ecological force and other power systems.Cultural revitalization is the spiritual foundation of rural revitalization.To construct the dynamic mechanism of rural cultural revitalization is the objective requirement of rural industry revitalization,the practical need of cultivating rural ecological,the proper meaning of promoting the construction of rural civilization,and also a key to promoting rural governance.The"New Village Movement"in South Korea and the construction of the new era civilization practice center at the county level in China are of great reference value for the construction of the dynamic mechanism of rural culture revitalization.Taking the actual situation of rural areas into account,farmers'main role growth mechanism,rural democratic cultural construction mechanism,rural cultural construction demonstration mechanism and regional ecological culture construction mechanism should be established so as to promote rural cultural revitalization in an integrated manner.
