摘　　要：近几年,政府将越来越多的地表水环境监测业务委托给社会化环境检测机构,其中地表水采样是地表水环境监测的首要环节,直接影响监测数据的真实性和准确性。社会化环境检测机构应通过提高思想认识、加强人员管理、细化采样准备工作、建立地表水采样管理系统、加大内外部监督检查力度、完善地表水采样质量评价体系等措施来保证地表水采样质量,保证监测数据的“真、准、全”。In recent years,the government has entrusted more and more surface water environmental monitoring operations to socialized environmental monitoring organizations,surface water sampling is the first step of surface water environmental monitoring,which directly affects the authenticity and accuracy of monitoring data.The socialized environmental testing institutions should ensure the quality of surface water sampling by improving the understanding,strengthening the management of personnel,refining the sampling preparation,establishing the surface water sampling management system,strengthening the internal and external supervision and inspection,perfecting the surface water sampling quality evaluation system,etc.,ensure the"true,accurate and complete"of the monitoring data.
