摘 要:针对传统的髓内钉远端锁钉方法辐射暴露时间长、髓内钉远端孔定位时间长、精度低等问题,本文开发了一种包含可跟踪手术工具的手术导航系统以实现骨科增强现实。该系统在髓内钉远端锁钉术中为医生完成远端钉孔的锁定提供实时准确的钻孔导向信息,完成远端钉孔的锁钉。本文采用标识靶定位进行手术工具跟踪精度实验并利用胫骨模型进行髓内钉远端钻孔锁定实验,得到手术钻头尖端点定位误差为1.55±0.55 mm,基本满足髓内钉远端锁定手术要求。骨模实验初步验证了该系统在临床上的可行性。To address the problems of long radiation exposure time,long positioning time,and low accuracy of the traditional distal locking method of the intramedullary nail,a surgical navigation system that includes trackable surgical tools is developed to realize orthopedic augmented reality.The system provides real-time and accurate drilling guidance information to enable doctors to complete the locking of the distal nail hole in the distal locking of the intramedullary nail and complete the locking of the distal nail hole.A precision experiment of surgical tools shows that the positioning error of the tip of the surgical drill is 1.55±0.55 mm,which basically meets the requirements of the distal locking operation of the intramedullary nail.The bone model experiment preliminarily verified the feasibility of the system in the clinic.
