摘  要:为了改善定向结构涂层的微观组织性能,本文采用火焰喷涂、感应重熔和强制冷却复合技术制备了碳化钨强化的Ni60/WC定向结构涂层。通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度计对其微观组织、物相及显微硬度等进行对比研究,探讨感应重熔温度对定向结构复合涂层微观结构演变及性能的影响,并揭示涂层的形成机理和强化机制。结果表明:随着重熔温度的升高,涂层表现为低重熔温度下的细密、凝聚态组织向高重熔温度下沿热流生长的定向组织结构转变,当温度为1200℃时,涂层定向结构特征明显;添加物首先溶解扩散于晶界形成网状共晶,随后逐渐转变并形成块状结构,最后在1200℃时,再次填充并强化晶界;低温下涂层的凝聚态结构使涂层截面硬度升高,1200℃高温下形成的定向结构涂层硬度最高。合适的重熔温度能使WC强化的定向结构涂层性能得到有效改善。To improve the microstructure performance of the directional structure of the composite coating,the tungsten carbide-reinforced Ni60/WC directional structure coating is prepared by using flame spraying,induction remelting,and forced cooling technologies.The microstructure,phase,and microhardness of the coating are analyzed comparatively using a metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,and microhardness tester.The effects of induction remelting temperature on the microstructure evolution and properties of the directional structure of the composite coating are investigated,thus revealing the formation and strengthening mechanisms of the coating.Results show that,as the remelting temperature increases,the microstructure of the coating changes from fine and condensed microstructure at low remelting temperature to oriented microstructure growing along heat flow at high remelting temperature.When the temperature is 1200℃,the oriented structure of the coating becomes much more apparent.The additive dissolves at first,diffuses in grain boundary to form network eutectic,gradually transforms into a massive structure,and finally fills and strengthens the grain boundary again at 1200℃.The condensed structure of the coating at low temperatures increases the hardness of the coating’s cross-section.The coating whose directional structure was formed at a high temperature of 1200℃had the highest level of hardness.Appropriate remelting temperature can effectively improve the properties of WC reinforced Ni60 directional structure coating.
