摘 要:针对DC-DC电源模块于开关模式下的物理模型在航天器供配电分系统仿真中解算效率低、收敛性差等问题,文章提出一种基于外特性特征参数提取的行为级建模方法,将DC-DC电源模块等效为“黑盒”模型,在提取特征参数后以方程形式描述其外部功能性能,而不需详述DC-DC电源模块的内部组成结构和工作原理。此方法在不影响系统级仿真精度的同时,显著地提高了仿真效率,并避免了多时间尺度带来的收敛性问题。在某航天器供配电分系统中进行仿真,结果表明:该方法能有效解决系统级仿真精度、效率和收敛性问题,相比传统方案有明显优势。A new behavior-level modeling method for DC-DC power supply module simulation based on extracting external characteristic parameters is proposed in this paper,which solves the low efficiency and poor convergence of the physical DC-DC module in switching mode simulation.In this method,the DC-DC power module is equivalent to a“black box”,the external functional performance is described by equations,while the internal structure and working principle are not considered.Without affecting the system-level simulation accuracy,this method significantly improves the simulation efficiency and avoids the convergence problems caused by multiple time scales.This model is applied to simulate a certain aerospace power supply and distribution system.The results show that the problems of system-level simulation accuracy,efficiency and convergence can be solved effectively by this method,which has obvious advantages compared with traditional solutions.
