摘  要:针对传统Whipple防护结构占用空间大、质量较大、防护覆盖面积小,且充气防护结构重复利用性差、可靠性低等缺陷,设计了一种卫星可折展空间碎片防护机构。根据可折展铰链运动规律,结合DH法对防护机构进行展开运动学分析;在此基础上,借助Lagrange动力学方程建立防护机构动力学模型;最后基于ADAMS建立仿真模型,将理论模型计算结果与仿真数值对比结合分析,验证了动力学模型的正确性,并对运动规律进行改进,提高了机构运动效率。Aiming at the defects of traditional Whipple protection structure,such as large space occupation,large quality,small protection coverage area,poor reusability and low reliability of the inflatable protection structure,a satellite foldable space debris protection mechanism was designed.Based on the foldable hinge,the law of motion,combined with the DH method,the kinematic analysis of the protection mechanism is conducted,on this basis,the dynamic model of the mechanism is established with the help of Lagrange dynamic equation,and finally the simulation model is established based on ADAMS,and the theoretical model calculation results are compared and analyzed with the simulation value.Verified the correctness of the dynamic model is verified,and the driving motion law is improved to improve the motion efficiency of the mechanism.
