摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病日久引起的一类常见并发症,古今医家将“瘀血阻络”作为其病机的中心环节,认为虚实皆可致瘀阻络并贯穿疾病始终,中医从整体出发,病证结合,治疗时强调以“通络”为基础,同时兼顾益气、化痰、滋阴、温阳,综合内外治法,临床疗效值得肯定。文章就中医从“络”论治DPN的研究进展作一综述。Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN)is a common complication caused by diabetes for a long time.Physicians of ancient and modern times regard"blood stasis blocking collaterals"as the central link of its pathogenesis.From the overall point of view,the combination of disease and syndrome,the treatment emphasizes"dredging collaterals"as the basis,while taking into account the benefits of qi,resolving phlegm,nourishing yin,warming yang,and comprehensive internal and external treatment methods,the clinical efficacy is worthy of recognition.This article summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of DPN from"collaterals".
