摘 要:咸阳市作为受地裂缝灾害影响的区域之一,人民生活和城市规划都受到严重的影响。为了厘清咸阳城区地裂缝的发育特征,在详细的现场调查的基础上,以渭河断裂带为参考划分成3类地裂缝,结合地裂缝危险性与可能的灾害后果两方面因素,采用层次分析法与风险矩阵相结合的定性—半定量评价方法,对咸阳城区的地裂缝灾害进行了风险评估,并将整个评估区划分为6个区段,风险性高、中、低各2段,其中高风险区段总长7.41 km,占总长的32.5%;中风险区段总长10.20 km,占总长的44.8%;低风险区段总长5.18 km,占总长的22.7%。并对重点地段渭店村—石斗村段和石何杨村—摆旗寨村段提出了对应的防治措施。研究成果可为地裂缝灾害的风险防控及城市规划和建设提供有益的参考。As one of the areas affected by ground fissure disasters,Xianyang City has severely affected people's lives and urban planning.In order to clarify the development characteristics of ground fissures in Xianyang City,on the basis of detailed on-site investigations,the Weihe fault zone was used as the basis to divide into three types of ground fissures.Combined with the risk of ground fissures and the possible disaster consequences,the qualitative and semi-quantitative evaluation method combining the analytic hierarchy process and risk matrix is adopted to evaluate the risk of ground fissures in Xianyang urban area.And the whole evaluation area was divided into 6 sections with high,medium and low risk 2 sections respectively.The length of the high-risk section was 7.41 km,accounting for 32.5%of the total length.The length of medium-risk section is 10.20 km,accounting for 44.8%of the total length.The length of low-risk section is 5.18 km,accounting for 22.7%of the total length.Corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed for the key areas from Weidian Village to Shidou Village and Shiheyang Village to Baiqizhai Village.The research results could provide useful references for the risk prevention and control of ground fissures and urban planning and construction.
