摘  要:为减小氢气对管道的安全服役产生威胁,研究考虑焊接残余应力对氢在焊接接头中扩散的影响,建立管道3层环向对接焊的三维模型。通过顺序间接耦合方法,对管道焊接的温度场、应力场以及氢扩散进行耦合计算,研究结果表明:第2层焊缝与第3层焊缝交界处为整个接头的应力集中部位,也是焊接接头中的富氢区域,适当地提高填充焊线能量或者降低盖面焊线能量,均有利于降低氢在焊接接头的聚集程度,从而降低氢致裂纹敏感性。In order to reduce the threat of hydrogen to the safe service of pipelines,the influence of welding residual stress on the diffusion of hydrogen in the welded joint was considered,and a three-dimensional model of three-layer circumferential butt welding of the pipeline was established.The temperature field,stress field and hydrogen diffusion of pipeline welding were coupled and calculated by the sequential indirect coupling method.The results showed that the junction of the second layer weld and the third layer weld was the stress concentration part of the entire joint,and it was also the hydrogen-rich area in the welded joint.Appropriately increasing the energy of the filling welding line or reducing the energy of the cover welding line would help reduce the degree of hydrogen accumulation in the welded joint,thereby reducing the susceptibility to hydrogen-induced cracking.
