加成型硅橡胶口腔印模材料抑菌剂及其剂量筛选

摘　　要：通过评价加入不同种类及剂量的抑菌剂后加成型硅橡胶口腔印模材料的抑菌效果,筛选加成型硅橡胶口腔印模材料的最适抑菌剂及其剂量。结果表明,加入不同种类抑菌剂的加成型硅橡胶口腔印模材料样片放入细菌平板中培养48 h后,仅百里香酚组出现抑菌圈;加入1%~5%百里香酚的加成型硅橡胶口腔印模材料样片培养后的抑菌圈直径和抑菌率整体均随百里香酚浓度的增加而增大,且对牙龈卟啉单胞菌的抑制作用最强。故,选择5%百里香酚作为加成型硅橡胶口腔印模材料的抑菌剂。By evaluating the antibacterial effect of addition silicone rubber dental impression materials with different kinds and dosages of antibacterial agents,we screened the most suitable antibacterial agent and its dosage.The results show that the inhibition zone only appears in Thymol group after the samples which different kinds of antibacterial agents are added into the addition silicone rubber dental impression materials are cultured in the bacterial plate for 48 h.After 1%-5%Thymol is added into the sample of addition silicone rubber dental impression materials,the overall inhibition zone diameters and antibacterial rates increase with the increase of Thymol concentration,and the inhibition effect on P.gingivalis is the strongest.Therefore,5%Thymol is selected as the antibacterial agent of addition silicone rubber dental impression materials.
