自拟中药方灌洗对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术后影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药方灌洗在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020—2021年间我院行鼻内窥镜手术的慢性鼻窦炎患者72例,按照系统抽样法随机均分为对照组和观察组。术后对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者则予以进行自拟中药方灌洗。1个月后分别比较两组临床疗效、嗅觉功能以及生活质量。结果观察组总治疗有效率高于对照组(97%:81%,P<0.05)。治疗1个月后观察组鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率显高于对照组(P<0.05)。鼻窦CT评分、鼻内镜评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各维度评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用自拟中药方对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术后患者进行灌洗治疗能显著提高手术效果,促进嗅觉功能恢复,减少术后并发症发生,提高术后生活质量。Objective To investigate the ap plication effect of self-proposed prescription lavage in patients with nasal endoscopy after chronic sinusitis.Methods 72 patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from 2020 to 2021,which were selected and randomly divided into control and observation groups according to systematic sampling method.Postoperative control group patients were routinely treated,and patients in the observation group were self-indicated prescription lavage.Clinical efficacy,olfactory function,and quality of life were compared separately after one month.Results The total treatment was more efficient than in the control group(97%:81%,P<0.05).One month after treatment,the transmission rate of the nasal mucosa was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Dou CT score and nasal endoscopic score were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Evaluation scores in the observation group were higher than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The lavage treatment of chronic sinusitis after nasal endoscopy can significantly improve the surgical effect,promote the olfactory function recovery,reduce the postoperative complications,and improve the postoperative quality of life.
