摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松的影响因素。方法将2019—2021年间收治的60例2型糖尿病患者根据骨密度分为骨质疏松组(29例)和非骨质疏松组(31例)。比较两组年龄、性别、体质指数、空腹胰岛素水平、病程、血磷、血钙差异。结果性别、血磷、血钙,骨质疏松组患者与非骨质疏松组相近(P>0.05);平均年龄、空腹胰岛素水平、病程,骨质疏松组患者高于非骨质疏松组(P<0.05),体质指数,骨质疏松组患者低于非骨质疏松组患者(P<0.05)。结论高龄、低体质指数、病程长、空腹胰岛素低下与2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松的发生密切相关。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From 2019 to 2021,60 subjects were included in the study,all of them were patients with type 2 diabetes.Bone mineral density examination was conducted for all subjects,and patients were divided into groups according to the examination results,the osteoporosis group(n=29)and the non-osteoporosis group(n=31),the differences in age,gender,body mass index,fasting insulin level,course of disease,blood phosphorus were compaked.Results There were no significant differences in gender,blood phosphorus and blood calcium in osteoporosis group compared with non-osteoporosis group(P>0.05).the osteoporosis group than in the non-osteoporosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elder age,low body mass index,long course of disease and low fasting insulin are closely related to the occurrence of osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
