摘　　要：目的研究螺旋断层治疗技术在鼻咽癌精确放疗中的应用效果。方法回顾分析2016—2020年间收治的80例鼻咽癌患者资料,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用螺旋断层治疗技术,对照组采用常规放疗,比较两组三维摆位误差及免疫功能指标。结果观察组和对照组在x、y、z轴摆位误差分别为(0.81±0.03)、(0.17±0.01)、(0.71±0.02)mm和(0.97±0.02)、(1.56±0.03)、(1.02±0.01)mm(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组CD3为(66.21±1.54)%和(53.14±1.05)%、CD4为(56.88±1.34)%和(48.05±1.32)%、CD8为(37.51±1.21)%和(42.84±1.15)%、CD4/CD8为(1.64±0.22)和(1.01±0.24)、CD16/CD56为(22.14±1.02)和(18.21±1.33)(P<0.05)。结论螺旋断层治疗在鼻咽癌精确放疗中效果显著,并改善患者免疫功能。Objective To study the effect of spiral tomography in accurate radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods The data of 80 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted from 2016 to 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with spiral tomography,and the control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy.The three dimensional positioning errors and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The errors of x,Y and Z axis were(0.81±0.03),(0.17±0.01),(0.05).CD3,CD4 and CD8 were(66.21±1.54)%,(53.14±1.05)%,(56.88±1.34)%and(48.05±1.32)%,(37.51±1.21)%and(42.84%±1.15%),and CD4/CD8(1.64+0.22)and(24)1-0.01,CD16/CD56 were(22.14±1.02)and(18.21±1.33)(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral tomography can improve the immune function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
