帕罗西汀联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗躯体形式障碍效果观察

摘　　要：目的有效评价中医疗法即运用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤结合西药帕罗西汀治疗躯体形式障碍的有效性。方法通过有机筛选符合中医郁病肝气郁结型的躯体形式障碍患者76例,并随机均分为西药治疗组与中西结合治疗组,并进行疗效比较。结果中西药组与西药组有效率、显效率均相近(87%与82%、74%与63%,P>0.05),但中西药组能降低西药组不良反应(8%:20%,P<0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合帕罗西汀治疗肝气郁结型躯体形式障碍,不仅能够使患者病症得到较为明显缓解还可痊愈,更为重要的是使西药不良反应降低。Objective In order to effectively evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of somatoform disorders,that is,the use of Chaihu and Longgu oyster decoction combined with paroxetine.Methods 76 patients with somatoform disorder in accordance with liver qi stagnation type of depression disease in traditional Chinese medicine were organically selected and randomly divided equally into two groups.They were treated with western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for data statistics.The course of treatment was 6 weeks,and finally the whole group of data collected in the course of treatment were compared and analyzed scientifically.Results The Chinese and western medicine groups had similar efficiency and display efficiency(87% and 87% and 82%,74% and 63%,all P>0.05),but the Chinese and western medicine groups can reduce the adverse reactions in the western medicine group(8%vs.20%,P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu jialongoyster decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of liver qi stagnation somatoform disorder can not only significantly alleviate the disease,but also recover.More importantly,it has low drug reaction and side effects.
