血液净化不同置管部位在儿童治疗中应用

摘　　要：目的分析颈静脉置管与腹股沟置管在儿童血液净化治疗中的应用效果。方法2018—2021年间收诊的接受血液净化治疗患儿180例,分为观察组(颈静脉置管)与对照组(腹股沟置管)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组导管留置时间、换药间隔时间、每次换药时间均优优于对照组(t=44.292、14.433、8.133,P<0.05),观察组平均血流量、尿素下降率、尿素清除指数均优高于对照组(t=16.238、15.169、23.713,P<0.05)。结论患儿进行血液净化治疗时采用颈静脉置管的并发症概率较低,治疗效果更好,延长置管使用时间。Objective To analyze the effect of jugular and groin tube in blood purification in children.Methods From 2018 to 2021,180 children treated with blood purification were divided into observation group(jugular vein tube)and control group(groin tube).Compare the application effect of the two groups.Results Catheter lien,change interval,each change time observation were over control(t=44.292,14.433,8.133,P=0.001,<0.05,<0.05),mean blood flow and URR,Kt/V(t=16.238,15.169,23.713,P=0.001,<0.05,<0.05).Conclusion The probability of jugular vein tube with blood purification treatment has better treatment effect,extends the time of tube tube and has strong application value.
