彩色超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究彩色超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检对临床治疗及诊断的价值。方法选择我院2018—2020年间进行经皮肝脏穿刺活检的40例患者,记录穿刺活检结果,分析其临床应用价值。结果彩色超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检,癌性病灶16例(40%),肝硬化3例(8%),慢性乙型肝炎12例(30%),肝内胆汁淤积1例(3%),自身免疫性硬化性胆管炎5例(13%),肝糖原贮积症3例(8%);穿刺反馈时间为5~7d,平均时间(6.12±0.18)d,平均检查费用(1131±0.12)元。结论彩色超声引导下经皮肝脏穿刺活检对于肝脏疾病治疗方案确定具有重要意义。Objective To study the value of percutaneous liver biopsy guided by color ultrasound in clinical treatment and diagnosis.Methods 40 patients who underwent percutaneous liver biopsy in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were selected,and the results of the biopsy were recorded,and the clinical application value was analyzed.Results Percutaneous liver biopsy guided by color ultrasound showed 16 cases of cancerous lesions(40%),3 cases of cirrhosis(8%),12 cases of chronic hepatitis B(30%),1 case of intrahepatic cholestasis(3%),5 cases of autoimmune sclerosing cholangitis(13%)and 3 cases of hepatic glycogen storage disease(8%).The feedback time was 5~7 days,the average time was(6.12±0.18)d,and the average examination cost was(11310.12)yuan.Conclusion Percutaneous liver biopsy guided by color ultrasound is of great significance for the determination of treatment scheme of liver diseases.
