摘　　要：目的探讨护理部实施管理策略在预防呼吸机相关性肺炎中的作用。方法选取2018—2020年间ICU机械通气者70例患者均分为参照组与研究组。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施预防性管理策略。比较两组护理效果。结果呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率研究组低于参照组(3%:17%,P<0.05),呼吸机使用时间、ICU住院时间更少(P<0.05)。生活质量评分研究组比参照组高(90.85±5.37):(82.37±5.41)(P<0.05)。结论ICU机械通气者在治疗过程中采用预防性管理策略有助于降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率,缩短治疗时间。Objective To explore the role of management strategy in the prevention of ventilators associated pneumonia in nursing department.Methods A total of 70 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were selected for the study,starting in November 2018 and ending in November 2020.Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in the study group was 3%.The control group was 17%(P<0.05).The duration of ventilator use and ICU stay in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).For the quality of life after nursing,the study group was(90.85±5.37)and the control group was(82.37±5.41)(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of preventive management strategies during treatment by ICU mechanical ventilation helps to reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and shorten the treatment time.
