胃癌围术期护理中快速康复外科理念的应用效果

摘　　要：目的验证对胃癌患者使用快速康复外科理念作为围手术期护理的有效性。方法选取60例胃癌患者,并将其随机进行分组,分别为观察组与对照组,人数均等分配,分别为30人。其中对照组患者只采用常规围期手术护理手段,观察组则在常规护理的基础上采用快速康复外科护理。结果观察组患者术后肠鸣时间为(11.18±3.11)h,第1次排气时间为(21.19±3.28)h,住院时间为6 d左右;均比对照组减少(P<0.001、0.000、0.000)。观察组总满意度优于对照组(100%:80%,P=0.010);观察组SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组[(51.89±5.44):(33.66±5.12),P<0.001]和[(61.89±4.58):(38.69±3.47),P<0.001];观察组总依从率高于对照组(64.3%:97.2%),P=0.012。结论对胃癌患者进行常规性围手术期护理的基础上采用快速康复外科理念护理对于患者有着极其重要的意义,不仅有利于他们各项机能尽早的恢复,还有效避免了术后并发症的发生。Objective Verify the effectiveness of using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery as perioperative nursing for patients with gastric cancer.Methods 60 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into groups.The observation group and the control group were divided equally,with 30 people respectively.The patients in the control group only used routine perioperative surgical nursing,while the observation group used rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Results In the observation group,(11.18±3.11)h,the first exhaust time was(21.19±3.28)h and about 6 days;all decreased than the control group(P<0.001,0.000,0.000).The total satisfaction of the observation group was better than the control group(100%:80%,P=0.010);the SDS and SAS scores were lower than the observation group((51.89±5.44)vs.(33.66±5.12),P<0.001)and((61.89±4.58)vs.(38.69±3.47),P<0.001);the observed group was higher than the control group(64.3%vs.97.2%),P=0.012).Conclusion It is of great significance to adopt the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the basis of routine perioperative nursing for patients with gastric cancer.It is not only conducive to the early recovery of their functions,but also effectively avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications.
