摘　　要：针对普通离心过滤设备如传统的三足式(平板式)离心机、刮刀离心机等已不能满足用户更高更严要求的现状,介绍了一种新型的FWZ型翻袋式离心机,具有保持颗粒晶型完整、滤饼100%卸出无残余、叠加最高0.6 MPa过滤压力进一步降低滤饼含湿量等优点,阐述了该离心机的工作原理,并利用离心原理对离心机转鼓厚度、推料盘的推料力及卸料电机的功率进行计算、选型,以期本文的介绍对于该离心机的开发设计和应用推广起到一定参考和借鉴作用。Ordinary centrifugal filtration equipment,such as the traditional three-column tripod(plate)centrifuge,scraper centrifuge,couldn’t meet the higher and stricter requirements of users,this paper introduces a new FWZ model inverting filter centrifuge with the advantages of maintaining the particle crystal form,100%discharging filter cake without residue,superimposing the maximum filter pressure of 0.6 MPa to decrease the moisture content of filter cake,etc,describes the working principle,then calculate and select the thickness of the drum,the pushing force of the push plate and the power of the discharge motor by using the centrifugal principle,in order to provide some reference for the development,design and application of this centrifuge.
