摘 要:为了提升空压机在实际使用过程中的能效,对优化空压机的空载功率进行了研究,分析了影响空载功率的因素,并建立了空载功率比的热力学数学模型及空载功率比和负载率对用电单耗影响的数学模型,经过计算、分析发现:空载运行时的压缩指示功是空载功率的主要影响因素,油气分离器压力和主机进气压力是空载功率的主要影响参数。并通过调节参数变量进行试验验证,结果表明,油气分离器压力和主机进气压力越低,空载功率越小,空压机越节能。对于额定压力0.8 MPa的空压机,将进气压力设为小于10 kPa(A)、油气分离器压力设为小于0.1 MPa,系统进行优化设计后,则其空载功率比可以降至20%,达到国际先进水平。In order to improve the energy efficiency of the air compressor in the actual operation,the optimization of the idle power of the air compressor was studied,the factors affecting the idle power were analyzed,and the thermodynamic mathematical model of idle power ratio and the mathematical model of the influences of idle power ratio and load rate on energy consumption per cubic meter were established.Through calculation and analysis,it is found that the compression indicated power in idle operation is the main influencing factor of the idle power,and the pressure of the oil-gas separator and the inlet pressure of the compressor are the main influencing parameters of the idle power.The experimental verification was carried out by adjusting the parameter variables,and the results show that the lower the pressure of the oil-gas separator and the inlet pressure of the compressor,the lower the idle power,and the more energy the air compressor saves.For the air compressor with rated pressure of 0.8 MPa,if the inlet pressure is set to be less than 10 kPa(A),the pressure of the oil-gas separator is set to be less than 0.1 MPa,the idle power ratio can be reduced to 20%after the optimization design of the system,which has reached the international advanced level.
