44对因阴道痉挛性交失败夫妻运用性治疗五步环扣法的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究因阴道痉挛性交失败夫妻运用性治疗五步环扣法的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年5月兰州大学第一医院男科收治的44对已婚未育、婚后因女方阴道痉挛反复性交失败夫妻作为研究对象,均运用性治疗五步环扣法干预,比较治疗前后男女双方焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、女方阴道痉挛程度及随访情况。结果治疗后6个月,男女双方焦虑均缓解,治疗前后SAS评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3、6个月,女方阴道痉挛明显好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,44对夫妻中,2对已孕有1孩,8对已受孕成功。结论针对因阴道痉挛导致性生活失败的夫妻运用性治疗五步环扣法,不仅可促进性康复及家庭和谐,减轻男女双方焦虑,同时,能规范治疗流程,具有重要的临床指导价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of five-step loop method of sexual therapy for couples who failed sexual intercourse due to vaginal spasm.Methods From June 2017 to May 2019,44 married and childless couples who failed to have sexual intercourse due to the woman's vaginismus after marriage who were admitted to the Department of Andrology of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were selected as the re-search subjects,all patients were intervened by the five-step loop method in sexual therapy,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of both men and women,the degree of vaginismus and the follow-up of women were compared before and after treatment.Results 6 months after treat-ment,the anxiety of both men and women was relieved,and the difference of SAS scores between before and after treatment was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).At 1,3,and 6 months after treatment,the woman's vaginismus was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).During the 12-month follow-up,among the 44 couples,2 couples had conceived a child,and 8 couples had conceived success-fully.Conclusion The five-step method of sexual therapy for couples who have failed sexual life due to vaginismus can not only promote sexual re-habilitation and family harmony,but also reduce the anxiety of both men and women,at the same time,it can standardize the treatment process and has important clinical guiding value.
