非布司他片治疗糖尿病肾病合并高尿酸血症对血尿酸和肾功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探究非布司他片治疗糖尿病肾病合并高尿酸血症对血尿酸和肾功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年12月本院收治的糖尿病肾病合并高尿酸血症患者54例作为研究对象,按照就诊号奇偶数分为对照组(别嘌醇片治疗)和实验组(非布司他片治疗),每组27例。比较两组治疗前后血尿酸水平(SUA)和血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白肌酐比值等肾功能指标情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组SUA、SCr和BUN水平及尿白蛋白肌酐比值比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组SUA、SCr和BUN水平及尿白蛋白肌酐比值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为3.70%,明显低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非布司他片治疗糖尿病肾病合并高尿酸血症效果显著,有利于调节患者血尿酸水平,促进相关肾功能指标恢复,减少不良反应,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of febuxostat tablets on serum uric acid and renal function in the treatment of diabetic nephropa-thy complicated with hyperuricemia.Methods 54 patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(allopurinol tablet treatment)and experi-mental group(febuxostat tablet treatment)according to the odd and even number of admiting,with 27 cases in each group.The levels of serum uric acid(SUA),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary albumin creatinine ratio and other renal function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant differenc-es in the levels of SUA,SCr,BUN and the ratio of urinary albumin creatinine between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of SUA,SCr,BUN and the ratio of urinary albumin creatinine in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reactions in the experimental group was 3.70%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Febuxostat tablet is effective in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy complicated with hyperuricemia,which is beneficial to regulate the serum uric acid level of patients,promote the recovery of related renal function indexes,reduce adverse reactions.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
