摘　　要：为研究不同茎瘤芥品种在直播栽培条件下的差异,以重庆市生产上常用茎瘤芥品种为材料,对直播栽培条件下不同茎瘤芥品种的产量、矿质元素、品质等进行了研究。试验结果表明,不同茎瘤芥品种小区产量、皮筋含量、菜形指数、瘤茎可溶性糖含量和瘤茎木质素含量等8个指标存在显著或极显著差异,全P、全K、全S、可溶性蛋白、半纤维素和纤维素含量等7个指标差异不显著。产量与品质综合表现最好的是涪杂2号,最差的是涪杂8号,涪杂5号与永安小叶(CK)居中。In order to study the differences of different tumorous stem mustard cultivars under direct seeding cultivation,the yield,mineral elements and quality of tumorous stem mustard cultivars commonly used in Chongqing were studied under direct seeding cultivation.The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant differences among the eight indexes such as plot yield,skin tendon content,vegetable shape index,soluble sugar content and lignin content of tumorous stem,and there was no significant difference among the seven indexes such as total phosphorus content,total potassium content,total sulfur content,soluble protein content,hemicellulose content and cellulose content.Taking yield and quality into consideration,Fuza No.2 was the best,and Fuza No.8 was the worst,while Fuza No.5 and Yong'anxiaoye were in the middle.
